MESSAGE
Content: Ā Can we just worship the Lord once again. Thank you, Lord! Worship. Opening prayer. God bless you. You may be seated. Any time you have the opportunity to be in the presence of God is a time of grace. And the time of grace is the time of revelation. Martha was busy running round, but Mary sat down at the feet of Jesus Christ to receive revelation. I want you to tell the person beside you: Welcome to Revelation. Hallelujah! The Lord is good. If the Lord is good; give God a good laughter. Laughter helps to heal faster. As I told you recently, it helps releases hormones called endomorphins which gives health to the body, but when you frown your face; it releases adrenalin and cortisol to your body, thereby causing high blood pressure in your body. I want you to give the Lord a good laughter offering. Some people believe that it is spirituality to just frown their face. Some people have this belief that frowning their face makes them looks spiritual. Hallelujah! Our God laughs. He is a God full of humour. The Bible says: āā¦He that sits in heaven will laugh at themā¦ā Look for Christian comedy videos once in a while and liven your mood. Watch nice episodes on the TV. For these few minutes; we have had a wonderful time with the Lord, but I just want to leave you with a few words. The world sees covenant as a contract but the Biblical covenant is deeper than that. In the world; you may not have a relationship with someone but can enter into a covenant with that person, as our legal practitioners knows but the bible covenant follows relationship between two or more people. In the story we read; God came to Abraham and deliver sevenfold blessings to Him. And we simplify it as: Number 1: God is saying I will make you a great influence; a great nation ā that is, I will make you a great inheritance. Number 2: I will make you a great blessing. Number 3: I will give you a great prosperity. The fifth one is that: God is saying I am going to give you great alliance; helpers of destiny. Number 6 is that: I will defend you. And the last one: is that through you, I will make you a great influence to the whole world.
Remember the promise that I am going to make you great. God does not deal with us, unless on the basis of covenant. That is why you must see yourself as a covenant child. He said: How can I know that this is true? Then God said to Abraham: I will enter into a covenant with you. You know what? Get those livestock and cut them into two. Take the ram, goats, pigeon etc.and cut them into and put a half into the right and half into the left. The covenant always involves two people. God was the solemn initiator of the covenant with Abram; the covenant of Abraham was not conditional on what he did or not. A covenant involves blood and God passed in-between the halved livestock while Abram was asleep. He said your descendants will be in slavery for some number of years but after then; they will com out with a lot of riches. The covenant of Abraham is activated with our life in Christ and this covenant is unconditional. He said: āLo, I am with you, even to the end of ageā¦ā He said: If your children transgressed against my will; I will punish them, but I wonāt throw them away, because of my covenant with you. Psalm 89:34. Friends, listen to this: The covenant that God has entered with you is an unbreakable covenant.Ā Jeremiah 33: 20-21. God said: as long as you cannot be angry that the day will not break forth; my covenant with you is forever. II Timothy 2:13. The covenant of God with us does not depend on the policy of a nation. Some of you are carrying your life over Tinubu; I want to detach you. Abraham went down to Egypt. Genesis 13: 2. He was not supposed to go to Egypt, but despite that, he was very rich by the time he was returning back from Egypt, because of the covenant of God with him. The whole family of Joseph came to Egypt and he was able to feed and sustain them in the midst of severe famine, because the Abrahamic covenant was working for him. We may be in the world, but we are not controlled by the circumstances of the world. Matthew 6: 26-30; Acts 11: 28. Psalm 37: 19. Say it to yourself: I will be satisfied in the midst of famine! I will be satisfied in the drought! Job 5: 2. As long as the earth remains; seedtime and harvest time will always come to pass. And as long as you cannot stop the day nor stop the night; your provision will always be guaranteed in God! The young lion may suffer hunger; but those who trust in the Lord shall be satisfied They shall never lack a good thing! God has reenacted the Abrahamic covenant for us through the blood of Jesus Christ. Therefore, we cannot suffer lack.Ā Listen to me: Donāt tie your life to any man. Donāt tie your hope to any mortal. Donāt even tie your life to your parents. God can use anybody. Unimaginable helper of your destiny can come from where you are not looking at. Prayers. Stand on your feet and just say: Father, Thank you. I am under unbreakable covenant. Nothing can break the covenant!
Prayers
