MESSAGE

This is God’s Word to you, believe it, this is your month of Festival Joy. This is your month of great celebration. There shall be sound of joy in your family this month. People will congratulate you this month. You will hear good reports from afar this month in Jesus Name. This month, you will receive congratulatory messages. You will dance like never before and laugh like you haven’t done before. You are going to have a pleasant surprise. Where you least expect, favour will come to you. The place you never imagined, help will come from there in Jesus Name. Someone you least expect will help you this month. Those long awaited blessings will reach your hand this month. This month, there is going to be a great deliverance, you will see it and know God has done it. Every sorrow shall be turned to joy, every weeping to joy, every shame to glory in Jesus Name. Every mourning shall be turned to dancing. Every ash over everyone’s life shall become beauty. The Lord will anoint your head. The oil of joy is upon your head. There is going to be an overflow in Jesus Name and you will be a carrier of joy. Amen.

Can I remind you of this morning? For you to enjoy this Word, you have to:

  1. Be connected to the source of joy: The Joy Giver, He is called the Spirit of Joy. He says, “In me, you will have joy.” Without Him, you can’t have joy. That joy that comes from harp is not joy, that gives you an after effect, only Jesus gives lasting and unspeakable joy. Peter wrote in 1 Peter 1:8, “Whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory.” There is a joy that comes when you have Jesus in your heart, nothing can take it away from you. I want to leave you with this Word this morning: Friends, get true joy, the joy that comes not from drinking and partying – the joy that comes even when there is no joy around because you are a carrier of joy. Let Jesus into your heart, invite Him into your heart, allow Him to rule in your heart and you will have unspeakable joy.
  2. Sow Joy: Sow things that will bring joy. Hosea says, “They sow the wind, and reap the whirlwind.” Gal. 6:8 says, “For he who sows to the flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sow to the spirit shall of the spirit reap everlasting life.” Friends, be careful what you sow, don’t sow to the flesh, sow to the spirit. Sow joy to other people also. Be a giver of joy. Where there is no joy, go there and give joy. Don’t be the one that takes away people’s joy. Don’t wear a morose face all around. Keep on smiling this month. Do things that will bring you joy. Live in faithfulness. Don’t live a corrupt life. Don’t live in worldliness, if not, it will take the little joy that you have away. Lot was in Sodom, he thought he had joy, but one day, he lost everything he had gotten, even his wife became a pillar of salt and his daughters went into corruption – incest. It is only when you sow into the spirit that you reap joy. Be careful of worldliness. The problem with some people is that they find it difficult to break away from the things drawing them to the world. You can’t be living in worldliness and then expect the joy of the Lord. It may look as if you are enjoying it, but go and find out from Lot, he will tell you not to be like him because at the end of it all, after all the money and relationship he got from Sodom, what did he gain? He who sows to the flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption and he who sows to the Spirit shall of the spirit reap everlasting life.

  1. Order the Words of your Mouth (Psalms 50:23, Isaiah 41:15): Isaiah talks about the threshing instrument having teeth, that is, your mouth which contains your teeth is your harvesting instrument. You use your hand to plant but use your harvesting instrument, which is your mouth, to remove. Be careful what you say out of your mouth. Mould your life and future with the words that come out of your mouth. Some people keep sowing but don’t know how to use their mouth and so, they destroy what they have sown. Say God’s Word and promises, have the vision for a month of joy and see it happen. If you do these things, I tell you, the Scripture says, “My word will not return to me void but shall come with the things I have sent it.”

I declare concerning you that this month, this Word will find expression in your life and family in Jesus Name. Nothing is permitted to tamper with your joy. Your children will give you joy. Your family will give you joy. You will have joy in your place of work in Jesus Name and where there is no joy, once you arrive there, you give them joy. The oil of joy is upon your head.
