MESSAGE
Sing: Clap your hands, all you peoples! Shout to God with the voice of triumph! Clap your hands, all you peoples! Shout to God with the voice of Praise. Hosanna, Hosanna! Shout to God with the voice of triumph. Praise Him! Praise Him! Shout to God with the voice of praiseâ (Psalm 47:1).
You have got to open your spiritual ears to hear. Angels are singing; they are making shouts of victory, and once you hear the sound, you have got to give an answer â answer back by shouting. In 2 Samuel 5:24 when the Philistines came against the children of Israel, the Bible says, âAnd it shall be, when you hear the sound of marching in the tops of the mulberry trees, then you shall advance quickly. For then the Lord will go out before you to strike the camp of the Philistines.â That is, when you hear the sound, itâs not the time to keep quiet. When the Holy Ghost gives you a sound, youâve got to answer quickly. The Bible says about the children of Israel that whenever they hear the sound of marching, as if some things are marching on the mulberry tree, they must not wait till tomorrow or the next hour before they advance. At that moment, they must march quickly. Do you believe? Say amen: Long standing problems and challenges will dissolve this month. Amen.
It takes a spiritually alert person to hear. Whenever you hear the sound⊠it may be in the middle of the service, it may be during the time of praise, worship or sermon, but any time you hear the sound, quickly answer back. March quickly. Give the answer quickly. This month, God is saying there is a sound in the Spirit â the sound of victory. I can hear the angels saying victory for every THFites, every family attached to THF, every man, every woman, over that delay, marital reproach, financial issue and oppression, but youâve got to hear and once you hear, youâve got to give the sound back. Can I hear somebody who believes it give the longest ever Hallelujah?
You know, I told you sometimes ago, that in spiritual warfare, there is what we call the spiritual atmosphere. What happens to you does not happen just in the physical but in the spiritual realm. 2 Corinthians 4:18 says, ââŠfor the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.â The invisible realm determines the visible realm. The Bible says concerning God in Hebrews 11 that the worlds were not made by the things which we can see but by what we canât see. The way to enjoy victory in life is that you must always look beyond the physical. In spiritual warfare, when God gives you a sound, He has given you a tool, then that spiritual intelligence to be able to decode the sound of the Spirit is key. The spiritual intelligence to be able to decode the sound of the Spirit is key. When God gives you a sound, what He wants you to do is to begin to declare the sound to your spiritual atmosphere. So, you begin to dictate the atmosphere over your life, family, health, because it is what happens in your spiritual atmosphere that turns to reality. What we want to do this month is to use the tool of the shout of victory to declare our victory in the atmosphere. And once we declare it, it has no choice than to come to reality in the physical. So, this month, donât be too timid nor keep your mouth shut when it is time to give a shout. When you need to act fast, please act fast, because your victory this month may depend on that shout. Your healing this month may depend on that shout. That long awaited breakthrough may depend on that shout. That financial open door may depend on that shout.
The children of Israel didnât keep shut when God told them to shout. The wall of Jericho was tall and mighty; the gates were strictly shut because of the children of Israel. They put themselves under a siege because of the children of Israel, but there was a sound that came. The Lord declared it through a trumpet, they shouted, and lo and behold, spiritual energy was released and the wall can no longer withstand it, it had to collapse. I see walls collapsing before you this month. I see ancient generational doors that have kept you from entering into your inheritance collapsing. Anything that has held you, no matter how long it has been, I come with a prophetic unction to say to you that the wall shall not stand this month. It is written that the wickedness of the wicked shall come to an end. This month, the wickedness over your life that has held you, from this moment, from now, I command its termination in the name of Jesus. But be ready to march, be ready to move and answer back; be ready to shout for our victory is guaranteed.
I need to also emphasise it that this victory is a victory of faith. You declare it even when you cannot see the answer yet; when there is no manifestation. The wall of Jericho was still standing strong and firm when the children of Israel shouted. Donât wait till you see before you shout. Donât wait. I see tumour disappearing this month; I see that growth drying up this month. I see that evil mountain drying up this month. The wall was still standing when they shouted. It was a shout of faith; we move not by what we see but by the Word of God. You cannot have victory without voicing out, youâve got to voice it out.
I want to mention few of the victories that God has won for you which you need to express by your shout this morning:
- God has declared you a blessed person: The opposite of being blessed is to be cursed. God has declared you blessed; you are blessed beyond curses. Ephesians 1:3, âBlessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ.â I like you to say it to yourself, âI am blessed beyond curses.â Galatians 3:13 â 14 says, âChrist has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, âCursed is everyone who hangs on a treeâ), that the blessing of Abraham might come upon the Gentiles in Christ Jesus….â What are the blessings of Abraham? Genesis 12:2 â 3 tells us the seven folds of Abrahamâs blessings: (1) I will make you a great nation; (2) I will bless you (3) and make your name great; (4) and you shall be a blessing. (5) I will bless those who bless you, (6) and I will curse him who curse you; (7) and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.
Listen to this somebody here: You look small now but mark my words, I stand as the servant of the Lord to speak to you that through you, nations shall be blessed. I see global stars here. God is going to extend your tentacles beyond the shores of Nigeria. Your influence will go beyond the shores of Nigeria; your skills will be required across the world. You will no longer be limited. You will break through on the left and right and everywhere. You may be saying none of those in your generation has done it before, but God is going to do it through you. You will be the first to do it. So, youâve got to shout because you are blessed beyond curses.
You also need to know that the seven folds of the blessings of Abraham can be summed into three: the first is wealth, the second is health and third is spiritual security. Listen to this, you need money, thatâs why youâve got to believe God for victory has been given you over financial messes. You will no longer labour for another man to eat, amen. The scripture says in Philippians 4:19 â âAnd my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.â We are rich through the riches of Christ; He supplies all our needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. 2 Corinthians 8:9 says, âFor we know the grace of our Lord that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich.â So, I like you to know this morning that you need to shout hallelujah, because you need to activate what you have not seen. God has given you victory over poverty. You can no longer be small or insignificant. God has given you victory over lack and insufficiency, yes! You know whatâs in your bank account but it doesnât take God one month to turn someone from nothing to something. I hope you know that one night Obed-Edom had nothing, they looked down on him but something happened and within three months, people heard from far and near what God has done for him. I want you to believe it, it may look so religious what I am saying, but I have seen it happen. I have seen people who earn less than âŠ20,000 suddenly start earning âŠ800,000 within one month. I want somebody to believe this Word now, that poverty and lack in your life is coming to an end. You say, âHow will it happen?â but believe it. You are going to shout this month. Psalms 44:3 says, âFor they did not gain possession of the land by their own sword, nor did their own arm save them; But it was Your right hand, Your arm, and the light of Your countenance, because you favoured them.â The favour of God will open the door you cannot open by yourself.
Now, God is also saying, youâve got to shout victory over your health. You will see the end of that affliction. I believe in doctors, I have doctors, but I know the Word of God is my final authority. Who has said to you and has told you there is no solution to that issue, and you will carry it for the rest of your life? I have come to let you know that there is an end to that affliction. The woman with the issue of blood suffered afflictions for many years, but one day, she met with the ultimate healer: Jesus, our Healer. Isaiah 53:5 says that by His stripe we are healed. He has borne our grief like a scapegoat. Remember how the Priest, in the Old Testament, place all the sins on a scapegoat which is then walked into the wilderness never to be seen again. Your sins and sickness have been taken away forever, believe it! He bore it. Psalm 105:37 â He also brought them out with silver and gold, and there was none feeble among His tribes. Believe God, this month, youâre going to shout a shout of victory over that your health. Even right now as I am speaking, I see the hand of God touching you. As you are hearing this Word, I see the power of God touching your brain, cleansing your body and healing your kidney. Amen.
Now, here is a very important one. If you have all these things without having this last one, you will not be able to keep the blessings. The Bible says in John 5:14 that in the temple, Jesus found the man he had earlier healed, and said to him, ââŠSee, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.â That day, some friends brought a paralytic man to Jesus and Jesus told him that âSon, your sins are forgiven.â Some asked, âWho is this who has the power to overcome sin?â and Jesus asked them which was better: to say his sins are forgiven or to tell him to take up his bed and walk? Definitely, it is to forgive his sins, because sin is the mother of all afflictions. Once a person does not have victory over sin, then, anything can happen.
So, the Bible says in Psalms 107:17 â 20 that, âFools, because of their transgression, and because of their iniquities, were afflicted⊠then they cried out to the Lord in their trouble, and He saved them out of their distresses. He sent His word and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.â However what brought about the affliction? Sin. But, I like to announce to you today that sin has no right to have dominion over you. You can choose to not be under the dominion of sin. God gives us power over sin. Youâve got to shout Hallelujah because âIâm no longer a slave to sin, I am a child of God.â You donât need to live under the slavery of sin. Jesus came and gave you victory over sin. You know, death is a product of sin; affliction is a product of sin. Man was not meant to die but to live with God forever. The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 15:55 downwards, âO Death, where is your sting? O Hades, where is your victory?â That is, enough is enough; what you have been using to hold people into defeat, your victory today is taken away from you. Then, in v. 56, âThe sting of death is sin and the strength of sin is the law.â Law, that is, saying, âI keep rules and regulations. I live religiously,â and not living what God says concerning your life; not living in the Spirit, which is wrong, because you donât have power over sin by yourself.â
Romans 5:17 says, âFor if by one manâs offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.â Your righteousness is as a filthy rag, so He gives you His own righteousness. Matthew 5:17 says, âDo not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill.â Likewise, Romans 10:4 says, âFor Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.â He came to fulfill the law for you. âO death, where is thy sting?⊠for the sting of death is sin and the strength of sin is the law.â Thanks be unto God who has given us victory. I have victory over sin; I have victory over death. Thank you, Jesus, for giving me victory.
Romans 6:14 says, âFor sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.â When Jesus died, you died. He paid the price for you. You died with Him and He who is dead can no longer live under sin. How can those who are dead to sin continue to live in it? (Rom. 6:2), thatâs why he could say it boldly in v. 11 of Romans 6, âLikewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord.â That is, count yourself, think of yourself to be dead with Him, dead to sin, dead indeed to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. Verse 12 says, âTherefore, do not let sin reign in your mortal bodyâŠ.â Now, it is your responsibility to stand and say, âI have victory over sin, I will not allow sin to reign in my mortal body.â You have got to enforce your victory. Do not allow sin. Tell yourself that you wonât allow it; you are dead to sin and alive in God through Christ Jesus. Therefore, sin cannot reign over your body, because it is the victory that has already been won. The scripture says, we are more than conquerors. Not that we will be conquerors, but we are more than conquerors already.
This is the foundation of prosperity, long life, open doors, etc. This is why you must take heed to this one because if you leave this one, you are mistaking your priority. Do not allow sin to reign in your mortal body because you are no longer under the law but under grace. Verse 13 of Romans 6 now, âAnd do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.â Enforce your victory. God has given you victory, donât allow this to mess you up again. Donât allow sin to reign in your life and control you. Itâs left for you to make a covenant youâre your eyes not to look at lewd things, not to allow hands do evil, not to allow your head, heart, mind to think evil, nor let your leg take you to where God does not approve. So, sin shall no longer have dominion over you. Do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. So, I choose to present my life as instruments of righteousness. I choose to present my legs, hands, body as instruments of righteousness, no longer as instruments of unrighteousness. Jesus has already given me victory over Satan, it is left for me to enforce my victory. That is why we are shouting Hallelujah, declaring the victory that Jesus has won for us.
The Scripture says in Psalm 149:9, âTo execute on them the written judgment.â A lot of believers pray for God to deliver them from sin and oppression, but thatâs not the right prayer. Instead, stand on your feet. Jump from your bed and enforce that victory. Say, âSatan, you are a liar. Know you not that my body is the temple of God? Donât you know that the temple of God is holy and anyone who defiles it shall be punished by God? I have come to bring judgment upon you, you canât defile this temple. I come against you in the name of Jesus, you canât defile me.â Youâve got to enforce your victory. Sin cannot have dominion over you. God has taken over that sin; God has given us victory. God has caused us to triumph, always and every day in Christ.
Now, verse 16 of Romans 6, telling us to enforce that victory, says, âDo you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that oneâs slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness?â That is, anybody you yield yourselves to obey, you are a slave to that person. If you yield yourself to fornication, you are a slave to fornication. If you yield your mouth to lying, you are slave to lying and a slave to the devil. So, I choose to yield my life, my members as instruments leading to righteousness.
Let me conclude with 1 John 5:18 â 19. Sin cuts peopleâs lives short. No matter how many mountains you go to, if you keep on living in sin, your life is not secure. No matter the number of prophets who pray for you, if you refuse to leave the life of sin, you have no future. No matter who the prophet is, if he cannot tell you to leave the life of sin and rubs your back instead, thatâs a fake prophet. The scripture says in 1 John here, that âWe know that whoever is born of God does not sinâŠâ he does not sin habitually. Even if he sins by mistake, he is not comfortable with it. Donât listen to cheap words, listen to the truth. Donât let merchandise get your money and send you to hell. Donât go to places where they will not tell you the truth. Every time, you laugh and laugh and never feel convicted, run from that place. He that is born of God does not habitually sin (1 John 3:9), ââŠbut he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch himâ (1 John 5:18).
I have come to announce to somebody here who believes and hears this truth, that the season of oppression in your life has come to an end. If you believe this Word, I have come to tell you that no demon has right again to oppress you. Verse 19 of 1 John 5 says, âWe know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one.â I am not under the sway of the wicked any longer because I am of God and not of the world. The prince of the world rules over these ones â the fornicators, liars, hypocrites, etc. but I have the Lord over my life. The people in the world are under the control of the evil one; they are under the sway of the wicked but I am no longer under the dominion of sin.
So, the Word this month is that I have victory over sin, not only over curses, sickness and disease but over sin. I have spent much time on this one because this is the foundation. Do not let your foundation be faulty. You have chosen to accept this Word and to live right. Listen, you have a great future. It may look like you have nothing today, but listen, you are preparing an inheritance for generations to come. David says, I was young and now old but I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his descendants begging bread (Psalm 37:25). Even if a sinner is hundred years, it shall be a cursed life; he would only have lived long but wouldnât have enjoyed his life. God wants you to enjoy life and enjoy it abundantly. Donât envy the wicked. This is the foundation that the Lord is giving to us this month. Shout Hallelujah that you have dominion over sin. âIâm no longer a slave to sin, I am a child of God.â
Prayer
Lift up your hands and say after me: Father, thank you for the victory you have given to me. I have victory over death, sickness, diseases, lack and poverty, delay and disfavour. I have victory over sin. Sin shall not have dominion over me for I am not under law but under grace. I enforce my victory in the name of Jesus. I enforce my victory over sickness, diseases, lack and poverty, disfavour and death. I will not die young, I will live long to fulfill my days. In the name of Jesus, I have victory over the enemy, over the devil, over Satan and all his cohorts in the name of Jesus. I have dominion. I reign over them in the name of Jesus. Thank you, father, for the victory. I receive victory. I walk in this victory in the name of Jesus.
Call to Salvation
If you have not yielded your life to Christ or have yielded to Christ but are doubting your salvation because of what has happened to you, put your left hand on your chest and say, âLord, I surrender to you and I receive power to live as your son today. I receive the power to overcome sin and I walk in the newness of life in Jesus Name. Please, forgive me my sins and write my name in the book of life. Thank you for answering my prayers and welcoming me into life. In Jesus Name I prayed. Amen.â
