Text: Romans 10:13-15

Soul winners are precious to God and highly esteemed by Him. They are partners with God in His kingdom business. Souls are God’s greatest assets on earth. Soul winners are developers of God’s assets. “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, Who proclaims peace, Who brings glad tidings of good things, Who proclaims salvation, Who says to Zion, “Your God reigns!” (Isa 52:7)
The beautiful feet on the mountain is a poetic imagery about the messengers of salvation. Like the feet of the gazelles on the mountain, it speaks of the swiftness of the runners who were privileged to carry the message of good news. These feet were vigorous, leaping over the mountains of Jerusalem with the swiftness of gazelles. It was taken as a mark of honour to be called to carry a message of good news. That was why Ahimaaz, the son of Zadok, pleaded with Joab to give him the privilege of delivering the message of the news of the death of Absalom to David. He thought it would be good news to David, that the Lord had finally avenged him of his enemy ‭‭(II Sam‬ ‭18‬:‭19‬). The feet of the soul winner are more beautiful because they are the messengers of good tidings of joy, proclaiming peace, salvation, and the announcement that God reigns. The soul winner delivers the message with great joy and a sense of urgency. With passion, they scale through every obstacle on their way to deliver the message ( Rom 8:35; 2 Tim 4:2)
The beautiful feet on the mountain is also an imagery of victory, as Nahum prophesied concerning Judah’s imminent victory over Assyria (Nah‬ ‭1‬:‭15‬). The soul winners carry messages of comfort, that is, the victory of man over satan, sin, the flesh and death through Christ (Luke 1:74; Rom 6:14; 1 Cor 15:56-57).
Friends, do you count it a great honour to be a soul winner? God promises to be with the soul winner always, and that confers divine honour on the soul winner (Matt 28:20). He shines like the stars everywhere he goes. Soul winning makes a star of every believer. Be a soul winner and be a share holder of God’s kingdom business today.

1. Father, thank You for giving me the privilege of being a shareholder with You in the business of fishing men.
2. Father, please, let me deliver the message with joy and a sense of urgency in Jesus’ name.
