Topic: The Message of Christmas
Text: Ephesians 1: 11-18
God has willed for us immeasurable inheritance in Christ Jesus. It is not enough to enjoy the festivities if you don’t go after sinners to tell them the message of Christmas.
God planned your inheritance before you were born. The inheritance has been sealed by the Holy Spirit. Ephesians 1:13. What a privilege to be a co-owner with Christ! Romans 8:15. Dominion, influence and authority belong to the children of God. Psalm 2:8.
Identity that is not embraced is inheritance wasted; you have to know who you are. 2 Peter 1:2-3. You must be committed to knowing Him and His word. Ignorance will make you to waste your inheritance.
Claim your inheritance in Christ, don’t let it go to a waste.
Spread the message of Christ today. Remember you were once in darkness until Christ stepped in and gave you light. Don’t hesitate to tell someone about Christ today.
Prayers:
Father, help me to be rich by law and experience. Help me to live as king on earth.
Father, grant me grace to tell people about Christ and make evangelism a lifestyle for me in Jesus’ Name
