Text: Exodus 14: 21
Message
Before you sit down, I am going to give you one prayer point. Exodus 14: 21. The sea went back with a string east wind. What is that wind? The Bible tells us in Matthew 2 that the Holy Ghost moves like a mighty east rushing wind. The way maker is the Holy Ghost. The Bible tells us that in the beginning that the word was in chaos, without form, but the spirit of God moves! The children of Israel walked in the red sea because the Lord paved the way. Pray this prayer this morning – Holy Ghost! Move in my life and pave the way! The Lord says to me that this is not a long prayer meeting. All what the Lord requires from you is your cooperation. If you want to encounter God this morning in this short time; agree with Him. Cooperate with Him! Pray this prayer again if you are here because you want a divine encounter. I want everybody to strand up and pray with all their heart. Don’t forget that the prayer that does not move you does not move God!
This morning, we are gong to be very fast. There are some people’s lives that it is like the Israelites journey. Some people begin to eat, that is enjoy their labour, when it is already quarter to finish. But God will make it early for you in Jesus name. That is why David says O Lord satisfy us with your mercy. In fact, some people’s road ends before the journey ends. For some people, the music ends while they are still dancing. A lot of opportunities have been wasted because they didn’t quickly discover the way. The Bible talked about Haggar with Ishmael, a little baby. Haggar decided to move the baby Haggar to another place after she could no longer provide water for the baby. But the Bible says that suddenly the Lord opens her eyes and she discover a well. When God becomes your way maker, the journey of your life will be sweet and useful. You will meet goodness early. I am praying for someone this morning: Gid will show up for you in Jesus name. You will not waste time and opportunities again in Jesus name. Firstly, you need to know that God does not need to find a way before He creates a way. He creates a way where there is no way. God is the only one who creates a way in the red sea. God makes a way in the wilderness. The wilderness is a confusing place – a place of barrenness. When God makes a way; a barren life becomes fruitful. The Bible says Joseph called His son Ephraim because he said the Lord has made me fruitful in the land of my own affliction. God is the way maker; you don’t need to be looking for a way all around. When God sees a barrier; he turns a barrier to a bridge. God makes a pathway through obstacles. He makes passageway through impossibilities. He brings out possibilities from the place of impossibilities. That same place where you have been that it looks as if its dry and barren; thus says the Lord, I am coming through for you and that place will become your fruitful land. I decree now: There is a way for you in Jesus name!
So, I want to just mention a few ore things this morning. When God is your way maker; He will create possibilities where there is no possibilities. You7 will see that the red sea will bow to you. Nigeria is going through a touch situation but in this hardest season; your greatest testimony will be produced. I call it forth now in Jesus name!
If God becomes your way maker; he will guide you – He will guide your footsteps to the place of peace. The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to dwell… Truly, goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life. When God is your way maker; he will shepherd your life. It was not a guess work. God was directing the path of Israelites in the wilderness. When God becomes your way maker; it may not make sense but it will make miracle.
When God becomes your way maker; He will cloak you with favour. Even your enemies will come to help you. The Egyptians which oppressed the Israelites for more than 400 years are the same people that packed gold and silvers and give to the Israelites when they were leaving Egypt. Have you heard of King Cyrus in the Bible? He helped Israelites out of their land of slavery. When God becomes your way maker; even your enemies will be the one to place you in the place of your elevation. They will become the unwilling actor in advancing your promotion. God says: Cyrus, you have become my tool! When God becomes your way maker; the door wil open before you and no one will be able to shut it. From this hour; the doors that you did not knock, they will begin to open for you in Jesus name! Strangers, people you did not know, will arise to help you in Jesus name! Your enemies will become your helper! The son of foreigners will become your elevators!
Even though God does not need a way to find a way; there is one thing he requires from you. He wants to make a way in you before he makes a way for you. Say this after me: Giod wants to make a way in me before he makes for me! Let me summarise this with someone in the Bible in II Kings 11. That is the Naaman, the Syrian general. Sometimes, God wants to move your heart before he makes the way in your life. Sometimes, the Jordan you despise may be the Jordan that will make the way for you.
Friends, listen to this, God wants to touch your life, health, finances. Those troubles in life, he wants to stop it. Who is that witches and wizards that will hinder Him if he wants to stop it. He wants you to give your all to Him.
